ANNUAL EXAM RESULT

ANNOUNCEMENT

THE ART and SCIENCE EXHIBITION

Finally the long awaited day, 29th March, arrived. The day was keenly awaited by all as it was to declare the fate and result of year long hard work of the Shaheens.
The day before had been raining all through, which resulted into abandoning some of the planned arrangements like erection of shamianas etc. However, setting of stage was hurriedly completed in the morning to be ready by 9:30.
The assembly was in place at 9:30 sharp. After Qiraat and Naat, the names of position holders were announced. The students were not called up on the stage, this time, as a separate prize distribution ceremony will be held shortly to award Shields to the position winners.
Some of the parents disappointed the audience and the school management by showing open resentment as their wards had not been able to clinch the first positions. It should be realized that everyone cannot get first position. It’s a very healthy, fair and tough competition. Instead of exhorting their wards to work harder to reach the top in the next exam, it is unbecoming and unfair to agitate the issue.
Shaheen takes pride in the fact that there is not an iota of favouritism or unfair means in determining the result and the position holders. And WE are PROUD OF THIS FACT.

After the result announcement, an impressive show of Art and Science Projects was presented to the parents at the Art & Science Gallery, set up for the day. It was the highlight of the day, and EARNED tremendous appreciation and applause of the parents
