THE Book-Reading Day 2014

Unlike the previous years, The BOOK-READING Day this year was celebrated yesterday, 18th Feb, 2015, in a low key function due to security restrictions. The objective of this practice is to encourage book reading habit among the students. The aeroplane flying competition which used to be a part of this day’s activities, was cancelled due to the reason cited above.

Yesterday was a mostly cloudy and rainy day. A small function was arranged in the lobby and prizes were distributed to the winning students who had read the most number of books during the year. The ballons were there but they were not rising up in the sky this year.

Hasan of class V-B won the title of

The MASTER BOOKS 2014,

followed by Eman of V-B 

as first runner up

and Eliza of V-B as second runner up.
