important Announcement

Due to uncertain prevailing conditions regarding reopening of schools and colleges, we have modified our plans for the conduct of Annual Exams and other activities relating to completion of this session and start of new session, as Follows:
EXAMS PG to VIII

If the schools reopen after eid the annual exam will be conducted from 18 May in class rooms as planned, as per datesheet already issued .
ONLINE EXAM

If the schools donot reopen the exam will be conducted on line from 18 May for which a new datesheet will be issued in a day or two.
It will be a complete and full paper as a standard Annual exam Paper. Question papers will be uploaded at the start of paper time given in date sheet. If two or more siblings are using the same phone the paper will be uploaded one after the other, junior most first and then the next. The students will then copy the paper on Answer sheet's first page. The answers will be written from second page onward. Good quality full size paper will be used as answer sheets. A specimen of first page, which will show Subject, student's name, Class / Section, date and Questions layout will be provided to students by the class teacher before the examination. The students after copying the question paper will attempt the paper to be finished within the given time. Parents are requested to monitor the paper-solving activity to ensure students are solving the paper honestly and seriously and should take the answer sheets in their custody at the end of the given time. Parents will keep the papers in their safe custody one after another and submit all papers at school office after the last paper.
Result

At the end of exam the parents will submit all answered papers at the school office on 2,3,4 June. The result will be based on the combined aggregate of the last Progress test and the final exam.
